Training Principles for Busy Dads with Fitness Goals
In our work with busy dads pursuing fitness goals, we have some guiding principles that help us in our 1:1 coaching and in crafting training programs that meet their specific needs:
1) Know your “why” - There are a lot of reasons to workout…what are yours?
2) Choose workouts designed specifically for BUSY DADS (and match your "why")
3) “Nudge” your way to improved fitness instead of trying to “blast” your way
4) Prioritize consistency and adaptability through balanced and moderate workouts
5) Food is for fuel, fun, friends and family
